For the teams and departments that do the work

AI that starts with understanding.

We teach your people to work with AI on their own tasks, find where it genuinely saves time, and build only what is worth building. So AI becomes part of how your company works, not a project on the side.

01 · Why AI does not scale

One AI team cannot run AI for every other team.

Someone has an idea and gets a budget approved. A tool is bought, or an engineer is hired. A pilot runs in one department. Six months later nobody uses it, and the conclusion is that AI was oversold.

The idea rarely reaches the people who do the work, and what they know rarely reaches the people with the budget. So what gets built solves a problem nobody on the floor had.

Engineers should build the big systems, where the real money sits. But the hundred small improvements inside everyone’s daily work will never reach the top of their ticket queue. Those belong to the teams themselves. A team that understands AI fixes its own work, owns what it builds, and changes it the day the process changes. Your engineers set the rules. Nobody waits in a queue.

Not started yet? It is usually one of three things. Nobody in the building has done it before, so nobody knows where to begin. Nobody is sure what is allowed, by law or by your own policies. And the people who would use it are busy, sceptical, or quietly worried about their jobs. The first day deals with all three.

The problem is rarely the technology. Everyone has seen what AI can do. Almost nobody has been shown what it can do for their own job.

02 · What changes when your team works with AI

Where AI gives your team its time back.

SALES

Lead intake

How it runs now
Every inbound lead is read, looked up by hand and typed into the CRM before anyone calls back. Half the day goes on checking whether it is worth a call at all.
How it could run
The lead is read, the company researched and the CRM filled before the call. Your salesperson picks up the phone already knowing who they are talking to, and whether it is worth it.

Who gains: your salespeople, who stop spending hours checking leads and spend them on the ones that are real.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer questions

How it runs now
Every question is read, the order looked up in two systems, and the same answer typed for the fortieth time that week.
How it could run
The question is read, the order found and a reply drafted in your tone. Your agent checks it and sends it, or takes over when the customer needs a person.

Who gains: your service team, who spend their time on the customers who need a human, not on the questions that don’t.

RECRUITMENT

Hiring brief

How it runs now
A manager asks for “a senior accountant”. The title reaches recruitment, what the job really needs does not. Good candidates get filtered out on keywords, and weak ones get through on them.
How it could run
The conversation with the hiring manager is captured and turned into a real profile: what the person will actually do, and what matters most. Every CV is read against that and flagged, never rejected. A person decides on every candidate.

Who gains: your recruiters and hiring managers, who start from the same picture of the person they need, not from a job title.

These are examples. After a workshop, your team finds its own. Want to know what yours could be?

03 · How we work

Three steps. Start with whichever fits.

  1. 1 Teach

Your team learns to work with AI.

What AI is, how it thinks, how to brief it, and when not to trust it. Hands-on, and linked to their own work.

Half a day to two days

  2. 2 Assess

Together, we find where it is worth it.

We sit with the people who do the work, follow how it really flows, and collect the ideas they already have. Then we write down, with them, what is worth automating, what each one gives back, and what is not.

On site, with the people who do the work

  3. 3 Build

Together, we build what is worth building.

With your team involved from the first specification to the handover. You own all of it.

Scope and timeline agreed in writing

One promise: we tell you honestly whether it is worth it. Even when you have already decided to build.

Most teams start with step one. Every engagement has one price, agreed in writing and shaped to what you need. No day rates, no surprises.

04 · What makes us different

We will tell you what not to automate.

Every assessment report has a section called Not Recommended. It lists the processes we looked at and deliberately left alone, and why. If something will not pay for itself, it goes on that page, however good it sounds. That includes ideas from your own people: when one does not hold up, we explain why to the person who had it. The assessment teaches as well.

Not every no is final. Each one is marked either not worth it, or not yet, with what would have to change first: a process, a system, or your data. If Not Recommended turns out to be the whole report, we stop there. You keep the report and the route to get there, and you have spent the least possible to find out.

A few reasons a process is not ready for AI

  • The real problem is organisational, not technical
  • Automation would remove judgement that matters
  • The process changes too often to automate reliably
  • Your team could not maintain what we would build
  • The return does not justify the cost of building it

05 · Where most teams start

Start with one day.

One day at your office, with the team that does the work.

The day
How AI works and how it thinks, through hands-on exercises your team links to its own work
The room
Up to eight people, no prior experience needed
You get

Other ways to work with us

  • AI Kickstart

Four hours for a whole room, any size. General, or focused on one function such as customer service or marketing. Everyone on the same page, fast.

  • AI in Practice

A full day for one function, built around its own work: the tasks, the small processes, and the parts of the job nobody signed up for. Customer service, sales, marketing, finance or operations.

  • AI Agents & Automation

A full day in which your team builds its first automation, on the tools you already use or are willing to use. We check your stack before the day.

  • The AI programme

Two days, four weeks apart. In between, your team tries it on real work. The second day starts from what they tried and the questions they brought back.

The EU AI Act asks companies to help their people understand AI.

Since February 2025, companies that use AI have to take measures that help the people using it understand it. The Act asks for real effort, not a guaranteed level per person, and a written record is a sensible way to show what you did.

Our training is one such measure. The AI programme leaves a record you keep: the agenda and an action plan for the team. Whether that is enough for your company is for you and your legal adviser to decide. We train people. We do not give legal advice or confirm compliance.

06 · Who you will work with

We have done the jobs we help you change.

No junior team behind the sale. The people you meet on the call are the people who do the work. Between us, we have worked inside multinationals, start-ups and scale-ups.

Michael Savonije

Training, assessment and delivery

Fifteen years running and building operations globally, from country operations to contact centres. He leads multidisciplinary teams through big changes in how they work: not by pushing, but by helping people of every age see why the change is good for them, until they choose it themselves. Getting a team to work with AI is the same job. He runs the workshops, the assessments and the builds.

Yours, not ours.

You own what we build

The code, prompts, workflows and documentation we build for you are yours on final payment. It is in the contract before the work starts.

Your data stays yours

Everything you share is confidential and used only for your work. Never reused, never shared. We keep it only as long as the work needs it, plus what the law requires for our own records. A processing agreement is signed before any project that touches personal data.

Your team can run it

Every build comes with documentation and a handover, so your own people can change it without calling us.

Questions we hear first.

We tried AI before and it did not stick. Why would this be different?
Most attempts start with a tool and hope people follow. We start with your people: they learn what AI can do for their own work, then we look at how that work really runs, together. The tool comes last, and only if it earns its place.
We have not done anything with AI yet. Is that a problem?
No. That is who the workshop is built for. Nobody needs prior experience; the people who know the work are the people we need.
What does it cost?
Every engagement has one price, agreed in writing before we start and shaped to what you need. No day rates, no surprises. On a free 30-minute call we work out what fits you, and you get a written quote after it. Book a free 30-minute call
What is the return on investment?
Nobody can tell you that honestly before seeing your work, so we will not guess. The assessment works it out for each recommendation: the hours it gives back in a year, and what those hours cost you today. When you ask us to build one, the written quote sits next to that figure, so you see when it pays for itself. If it will not pay for itself, we tell you, and it goes on the Not Recommended page.
Do you work in English or Dutch?
Whichever your team speaks.
Where do you work?
At your office, wherever that is. Travel in the Netherlands and Belgium is included. Anywhere else, travel is added to the quote and agreed up front.

Tell us how your work runs.

Thirty minutes, free, and not a pitch, with one of the two founders. If AI is not the answer, you will hear that too.
